Savoring the seasons: foraging and cooking with Andreea
Looking to slow down? To reconnect with nature, with yourself, and with the seasons? Join me for an authentic experience shaped by wildflowers, aromatic herbs, and handpicked fruits that grow free from chemicals and industry. I'm a mother of two, a gatherer, and a maker of delicate, rare preserves—and from late March to early November, I live in rhythm with the land. Now, I’d love to share that rhythm with you. Come foraging with me! We’ll head out into the meadows and gardens to gently harvest dandelion petals, wild violets, elderflowers, rose petals or sour cherries—depending on the season. Then we’ll return to my kitchen to cook together, turning nature’s gifts into a small jar of magic: maybe a dandelion jam, a syrup infused with jasmine and cardamom, or a sugar-free fruit preserve like the ones our grandparents used to make. Who it’s for: ✔️ Nature lovers and rewilding enthusiasts; ✔️ Curious foodies interested in wild edible plants; ✔️ Small groups (2–4 people) for a cozy, personal experience; ✔️ Anyone who believes that the true taste of a place comes from the land itself. You only truly know a place once you’ve gathered it, smelled it, transformed it—and tasted it. Come join us for a slow, soulful journey. Detailed price ✔️ 200 EUR for 2 guests ✔️ 270 EUR for 3 guests ✔️ 320 EUR for 4 guests

How your experience helps rewilding efforts
Savoring the Seasons is more than a culinary adventure—it's an invitation to rediscover the land through mindful foraging, seasonal awareness, and respectful connection with the wild. By guiding guests to recognize, appreciate, and gently harvest what nature offers, this experience cultivates a deeper understanding of local ecosystems and encourages low-impact, regenerative interaction with the land. Through small group foraging, participants learn how to: - Identify edible wild plants and flowers responsibly - Harvest in a way that leaves nature undisturbed and replenished - Appreciate the abundance of wild, untamed landscapes—without altering or exploiting them. - In teaching traditional, non-industrial methods of cooking and preserving, we also honor ancestral knowledge that values nature’s cycles and minimizes waste. By offering this slow, hands-on immersion into the natural rhythms of the seasons, we help shift perspectives—from consumption to connection, from convenience to care. Ultimately, this experience nurtures rewilding on a personal and collective level—not only by celebrating wild spaces, but by helping people fall in love with them again. Because when people know the land intimately, they’re more likely to protect it.
