PROGRAMME: DAY 1 15H-23H: Arrival at the accommodation Moinho do Maneio to check-in (possibility of dinner on request) and overnight stay on the first night DAY 2 08H-09H: Breakfast at the accommodation 09H30-14H: Visit to Malcata Nature Reserve with Beir`aja in the morning and picnic in the countryside 14H-17H30: Trip to Sortelha and visit to the historic village of Sortelha also with the Beir`aja 18H30-20H: Dinner at the Cardo tavern in Sortelha 21H: Sleeping at Casa Gaveto accommodation in the town of Sabugal, in the historic centre next to the castle DAY 3 08H-09H: Self-service breakfast in Sabugal 09H30-12H: Forest bathing in the morning in the Sabugal area with Malcata Eco Experience 12H30-14H: Field lunch in Vilar Maior, with local products from members of the Wild Côa Network 14H30-18H: Visit to the rewilding area Vale Carapito with Wildlife Portugal 19H30-21H: Dinner in the restaurant Boletus in Vila de Touro 21H:Sleeping at Villa Tauria accommodation in Vila de Touro
