Itinerary
PROGRAMME: DAY 1 15H-23H – Arrival at the accommodation Cró Hotel for check-in (possibility of dinner on request) and overnight stay the first night DAY 2 09H-12H: Breakfast at the hotel + 1 hour in the indoor pool at Termas & SPA do Cró, in the morning 12H: Lunch included in the accommodation at midday 13H30–17H: Trip to Vilar Maior and guided tour of the rewilding area Vale Carapito with Wildlife Portugal 20H: Dinner and overnight at Casa Villar Mayor DAY 3 09H-10H: Breakfast in the accommodation 10H-12H: Historical visit to the village of Vilar Maior with the Associação Muralhas de Vilar Maior 13H: Country lunch inside the castle of Vilar Maior, with local products from members of the Wild Côa Network This experience is available for groups of between 1 and 12 people.

This experience is provided by Rewilding Portugal, an NGO that is part of Rewilding Europe's range of landscapes and has been developing strong rewilding efforts in the Greater Côa Valley region in Portugal since 2019.
