By joining this brunch, you're supporting a network of small, sustainable producers who work in harmony with nature. Many of our products come from areas close to the Rewilding Portugal landscapes, where abandoned lands are being restored for wildlife to return. We also partner closely with the Rewilding Portugal Center in Vale de Madeira, helping raise awareness about the importance of wild nature and regenerative agriculture in the region. Your visit helps keep traditional foodways alive while supporting nature-friendly farming and rewilded landscapes in inland Portugal.
