Cider Tasting Experience

Where Apples, Bears & Humans Coexist Walk with us through the heart of our orchards, where apples grow surrounded by quiet hills and ancient wildlife corridors. As we guide you through our farming practices, you’ll learn how we care for the land in ways that not only produce quality cider, but also support a delicate balance with nature. These orchards are part of a larger story: one of coexistence between traditional agriculture and wild species like the Marsican brown bear, who has long been drawn to the scent of ripening apples. While we manage our crops with care, we also embrace the presence of wildlife, applying non-invasive methods that protect both the harvest and the animals that live around us. You’ll then visit our cider house, where apples are transformed into juice, cider, and apple vinegar. The tour ends with an unrushed tasting session. A chance to relax, sip, and enjoy our ciders right where they’re made, immersed in nature and local culture. As proud members of the Rewilding Europe network and the Coexistence Network in Italy, our work is rooted in the belief that rural life and wild nature can thrive together. Every guest who visits helps strengthen this vision.

How your experience helps rewilding efforts

This experience supports rewilding by showing how traditional farming can coexist with wildlife, especially in areas where species like the Marsican brown bear are returning. By using non-invasive practices and embracing nature’s rhythms, we create a safe, biodiverse environment where both agriculture and wild species can flourish. Our farm serves as a model of coexistence, inspiring guests to see rural landscapes not as barriers to rewilding, but as allies in its success.
