How your experience helps rewilding efforts

By joining this experience, you are directly supporting a growing movement to bring wild nature back to Portugal’s interior. Quinta Souvall is located near the Rewilding Portugal landscapes, where abandoned lands are being restored, native forests are regrowing, and wildlife is returning including species like the Iberian wolf, wild horses, and vultures. The wine you taste is made with respect for the land, using low-impact methods that protect soil, water, and biodiversity. Your visit supports local producers committed to nature-positive practices and helps create economic value for wilder landscapes. We also share stories and knowledge about the rewilding work happening nearby, raising awareness and encouraging a deeper connection between people, food, and the natural world.
