Cycling along the Côa (3 days)

Get to know the most central area of the Greater Côa Valley on foot. You’ll start in Sabugal, then continue exploring the Pinhel area, and you’ll also have close contact with the region’s wildlife with very special visits, as well as tasting local products from producers who coexist positively with the local fauna. Itinerary

PROGRAMME: DAY 1 15H-23H Arrival at Casa do for check-in (possibility of dinner on request) DAY 2 08H-09H: Breakfast in the accommodation 09H30-12H: Departure for a short bike ride adapted to the group in question and their physical fitness and experience 12H30-14H: Field lunch, with local products from members of the Wild Côa Network 15H-17H: Arrival in Pinhel and historical tour of Pinhel with the association Hereditas 18H30-20H: Dinner at a local restaurant Entre Portas 21H: Sleeping at Casa da Praça accommodation in the centre of Pinhel DAY 3 08H-09H: breakfast at the accommodation 09H30-12H: Visit to the rewilding area of Ermo das Águias with guide Marco Ferraz from Ambieduca 12H30-14H: Field lunch in Vilar Maior, with local products from members of the Wild Côa Network This experience is available for groups of between 1 and 12 people.
